محرك LS7 ذو 8 اسطوانات بسعة 7لترات وقوة 427 حصان وعزم 600 نيوتن.متر .غيار سرعة عادي بست سرعات .
أنظمة الثبات الخاصة بالسيارة ( ABS - EBD - EBA - ESC - TCS ) .
4 حساسات ( Sensors ) في الخلف فقط .
شاشة مع بلوتوث وقارئ اسطوانات بصيغة MP3 و WMA يتسع لـ 6 اسطوانات .
مثبت سرعة .
نظام التحكم بالانزلاق ( Traction Control ) .
شاشة صغيرة بالخلف خاصة بالركاب .
منفذ iPod .
فتحة سقف .نظام مكابح خاص ذو اقراص مهواة مع اربعة مكابس أمامية وخلفية .
إطارات من نوع DUNLOP مقاسها 20/40/245 للأمامي ، و 20/35/275 للخلفي .

يتميز الشكل الخارجي لـ Lumina CR8 بالعديد من اللمسات الرياضية ، ويعود ذلك الى طبيعة السيارة كونها كانت مخصصة للسباق ثم تم تصنيع نسخة خاصة للقيادة في الشوارع .
الشكل الأمامي للسيارة مميز بفتحاته الكبيرة بالإضافة الى توزيع أضواء الضباب المميز وتوزيع ألوان المقدمة بين الفضي والأسود مما يعطي السيارة المظهر الرياضي المرغوب به .
